I think it doesn't really matter whether you put stuffs in the vault without labeling
them or putting them in labeled bag... If you think there is something in the vault
that you need, I guess the owner won't mind a fellow clan member using it, but please
return it after using it or when the owner ask for it. I think this will put the vault
to better use. And maybe if you are around during reboot time, sell all the stuffs in
the vault and donate it to the clan and paste a note on the board saying that you have
done so.
